TITLE:  Project Manager / Technical Account Manager
LOCATION:  US – Seattle
STATUS:  Full Time

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to be the primary customer interface responsible for project delivery and account management within the assigned accounts. The Project Manager will coordinate software development, test, deployment, and continuing operations for multiple concurrent projects. The right candidate will be creative, driven, customer-service oriented, organized, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage projects to meet customer requirements for schedule and functionality.
  • Coordinate activities of all project participants, making sure that they all have access to current information.
  • Maintain schedules, specifications, and task lists.
  • Be the primary contact for the customer. Help resolve problems and escalate when appropriate.
  • Plan for, and balance resources.
  • Find effective solutions to problems when they arise.
  • Provide performance and status visibility to management and customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.A. or B.S. from a 4-year institution or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of tools and methods of project management. Familiar with the various approaches.
  • 2+ years experience with an engineering or professional services organization as a project manager or technical account manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of current market technologies, an understanding of software development cycle and familiarity with quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfort in interacting with clients at varying levels of seniority.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and confident; ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company's product, and business opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
